Please email hOmsoundbaths@gmail.com if you need to recover lost property from one of our events.Sensory informationWhat is a sound bath?Information for those sensitive or potentially allergic to sensory tools involved in the ceremony:The ceremony will occasionally involve the burning of herbal smudge sticks, palo santo, and incense.A variety of colors will be used for the lighting as well as projectors. We have eye masks available to help block out any additional or distracting lighting during the ceremony.This being a sound bath - there will be a wide range of aural stimulus including musical instruments, noise makers, and environmental sounds.If any of this information changes, it will be mentioned at the start of the sound bath.ACCESSIBILITY & AGEThe Brightside is an accessible venue.We love creating a space for community, but our Sound Baths are for ages 10+*Occasionally Sound Baths can bring up some deep feelings or thoughts that can be a lot to process in the moment.
